NATIONAL SHIPPINGS (MEXICO): Your order will arrive in approximately 3 - 5 working days. Deliveries are made by FedEx, you will get a tracking number after a couple of hours from your purchase by email.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGS: The cost of your shipment and delivery time may vary depending on the country where you are. Please send an email to schedule your shipment. Two days after your purchase we will send you a tracking number so you can track your package. Important: Export taxes are not included in the shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for paying them to the shipping company upon delivery.
In order to make an exchange or return, the items must be un opened and not used; and they most be returned in their original packaging. Also, you have 5 working days after the delivery to make your exchange or return. After this time, no returns will be accepted.
In the event of a return, your refund will be made in the same manner as payment and you will receive it in approximately 15 working days from the day we receive the returned items. The refund does not include the shipping fee.
